2. What if I receive my order and the products aren't what I thought they'd be?

3. What if one of my Sky products develops a hole after awhile? What if the pom-pom on my hat falls off? What if my dog chews my socks up? Can I still return it?

Yes! Just email us at support@sky-footwear.com and let us know. We'll replace it for you or send you something else if we're out of stock of that particular product.

4. Okay but really, you'll return, exchange, refund, etc. with no questions asked?

Yes - no questions asked. We want you to feel 100% confident and comfortable when ordering from us.
